Individual Clubs within District 1060 need to make monthly Membership Returns to the District Membership Officer. These returns contain details of the numbers of members in each club as well as details of Fellowship visits made by members of that club during the previous month. These returns are used to:

Details, therefore, of new and resigned members only need to be notified to the District Membership Officer on these Monthly Returns. No separate notification is required.

Returns can be sent by post, Faxed or Emailed to the District Membership Officer, returns should be sent immediately following the end of each month.


Membership

The future of Rotary depends on existing clubs developing their membership whilst at the same time retaining existing members. With this in mind, a District Membership Development & Retention Guide is under construction and will be available soon. This guide can be downloaded from this site.
