Meriden Motorcycle Megaride Organised by the Rotary Club of Meriden
Assisted by The Rotary Club of Royal Leamington Spa
The Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians

Motorcyclists from around the United Kingdom rode to Meriden on the 25th June 2000 and again on 27th June 2004 to support The Association of Children's Hospice and got the badge

300 bikes turned out in Euston Place on Sunday 27th June for the Megaride to Meriden led by the Uhuru motorcycle that Riders 4 Health use in Africa to help transport patients to hospitals and many other uses.

The award for the most riders in a group was to the Neen Valley HOG MCC

Eddie Kidd signed many autographs for his fans but unfortunately Jason could not be with us this year. For the first time and following many requests there was a bar (not on Jason). Keep visiting this website for further information and up-dates

Riders 4 Health were at the Donnington MotoGP on Thursday 22nd July when all proceeds from the "Day of Champions" was donated to them. The Megaride organisers were also there to support Riders 4 Health when we provisionally announced the amount raised for the ACH

The total raised from the 2004 Megaride exceeded £4,000

100% of your donations went to the Association of Children's Hospices

Many thank to all our helpers Members of the Rotary Club of Meriden and their families. The Rotary Club of Royal Leamington Spa and the International Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians. A special thanks to the Council officials and the police who had the faith to support Motorcyclists to bring off this event
