have organised a

Tree of Light"
to be displayed at YOUR Venue
The
"Rotary
Tree of light"
will be lit in the presence of
the Mayor of YOUR community, and the
President of YOUR
Rotary Club following a service at YOUR
Church on the
??th November and run until ??th
January with over 1000 lights
burning in memory of loved ones.
The event will attract a considerable amount of publicity
in the press, YOUR
community
and on local
radio
We are looking for sponsors from businesses in
YOUR community
to help us make this venture a tremendous success and help us to
reach our target of $ 25,000

REQUEST FORM
For a minimum donation of $ 100 you may help sponsor
this prestigious event. A list of all Company Sponsors
will also be displayed at the event. (Optional)
In addition the sponsor's names will be printed on the
reverse of all the thank-you Christmas Cards. (Optional)

you will take part in making this event of the
