Coaching

Russell organizes a wide range of tennis activities within the Club, including tournaments and clubnights, throughout the year. This ensures that all members of the Club are given the opportunity enjoy and improve their tennis.

All members are provided with a Club Rating to ensure that when they enter a tournament or even mix-in on Club Nights that balanced, competitive and therefore enjoyable tennis is provided at all levels.

TENNIS HOLIDAY

Lanzarote - 9-16 March 2000

 Imagine your ideal tennis playing holiday - That’s what we did and came up with a Club Players’  “TENNIS PLAYING WEEK” of mix-in play, doubles competitions, singles tournament, fixed fours or do your own thing - something for everyone who likes to play Tennis.

 Join in with us as a single pair/couple or a group; we get a real mix of adult players. We organise a great programme of tennis.  While tennis is the main theme, you can choose to play as much or as little as you like! Spend time relaxing by the pool in temperatures in the mid 70`s or you may choose to try some of the other sporting opportunities on site.   It’s all included in the price!

 We chose March as the ideal time to go, just as everyone is getting fed up with the winter weather.  A blast of sunshine & tennis in preparation for the summer season at the fantastic Club La Santa, chosen by many famous sportsmen & women to do their winter training.

 LANZAROTE

One of the Canary Islands.  Chosen for its climate;  in March, the temperature will be in the mid-70’s.  The currency is Spanish pesetas.  Eating out is both enjoyable and economical. 

 CLUB LA SANTA

2 bedroom apartments have been reserved at Club La Santa.  Simply furnished and set in the heart of this amazing array of sports facilities, everything you need is on site.   There are restaurants, a supermarket and a small selection of shops in the complex too.  The complex has 10 Tennis Courts on site, swimming pools, squash, badminton, volleyball, championship athletics track, golf, aerobics sessions, gym, bikes and even scuba diving!  Sea views abound as it’s right on the coast.  As much or as little for you to choose to do!

TENNIS

Organised Tennis throughout the week, includes Mix’n’Match Sessions (starting on the first morning), organised doubles tournament ( & singles optional).  As well as this, you can choose how often and with whom you play. Coaching is available for those who want it.

FLIGHT

The flights are THURSDAY - THURSDAY from Manchester or Gatwick.  There’s only a 30-minute transfer to La Santa.

COST

The cost of this GROUP TENNIS HOLIDAY for ACCOMMODATION, RETURN FLIGHTS, TRANSFERS, TENNIS (as described) & INSURANCE, is only £463.00 per person, based on 2 people sharing a bedroom (single rooms available on request).  A non-refundable deposit of £73.00 is required when booking. You may come as a single, pair, couple or as a group of 3 or more.
