Written on the reverse of this painting in Black Ink is the word "Blackpoole" and another indistinguishable word. Could this be Blackrock in Brighton?

It is belived this painting was sent by John Martin Nias to his daughter Charlotte Faithorn Nias and was passed down through the family to her daughter Charlotte Faithorn (Burnell) Waldron and then to her daughter Ruby Edna Waldron. The painting is now in the care of Ruby's son Donald Wilson
