Welcome to my Web Pages. The following pages contain details of my publications, courses, services, as well as activity ideas for all ages within each area of activity in Physical Education.

As a Physical Education Consultant I am able to support the development of Physical Education within your school, university, college or nursery.  My expertise of INSET covers all aspects of Physical Education and in particular, my Schemes of Work 'Improving Performance in Physical Education' have been purchased extensively throughout England and abroad. Throughout my career I have taught a wide range of sporting activities, with extensive sporting qualifications, coaching to county standard. I am still actively involved in veteran competitions and have personal experience of competing in both athletics and swimming at County level and senior club level in rugby.
