ANNUAL CHARGES

Contributions to the Associations Funds are requested on an annual basis and are entirely voluntary. They currently stand at 24p per linear foot of frontage for frontagers and £12 for the first car and £6 for each subsequent car for non-frontagers. Contributions are reviewed from time to time but increases have been small.
