Telephone
Tree 2007/08
The telephone tree is operated by the club
committee when information is required to be distributed to club members at
short notice.
The process for using the tree is as follows:-
- members at the top of the tree will discuss and start off a message to be
sent to all people on the tree.
- when people above you in the attached tree call it is important that you
pass on the message to the people below you in the tree using the appropriate
telephone number. This ensures all club members get the message. If you cannot
get in contact with the club member below you in the tree leave a message
but also call the immediate person below them.

now best to download the file and print. Please be aware that it takes a few
