Day1 We leave our local area and with an included coffee stop at The Hilton Hotel Newbury, we will arrive in Melton Mowbray around lunch time. You will have time for a visit the The Christmas Tree Festival in the local church, where last year over 300 trees were decorated. You will also have time to visit The Victorian street market and perhaps a pork pie tasting. We will check into the Marriott Hotel on the Outskirts of Leicester and have time to freshen up before our included dinner.

Day2 After breakfast we will make our way to Coventry, a thriving and vibrant city, famous for Lady Godiva. Steeped in myth and legend Coventry offers a rich choice of culture and history, with a range of museums and galleries including a world famous cathedral, one of England’s finest mediaeval guildhalls and a museum holding the world’s largest display of British road transport. Or maybe you just want to do some Christmas shopping at the indoor market or in the shopping centres.
