United have played in The Inter Cities Fairs Cup for three seasons, before it was renamed to The UEFA Cup, debuting in The 1966/67 season where they defeated Barcelona home and away in a famous 4-1 victory then finally going out to The mighty Juventus 3-1 on aggregate although they defeated them 1-0 at Tannadice.
