*For those who are confused, Middlesex used to be mainly where central and north London are.  Areas of East London that were part of Middlesex are no longer part of Middlesex as they were used to create the County of London as well as areas of Surrey and Kent.  The County of London no longer exists.  The parts of Middlesex that were not used to create the County of London have not been dissolved so may still be referred to as Middlesex but are now also mostly part of Greater London.
