What you will find below is a transcript which I made of all mentions of the "Hoggarth" name (with variants) which I found in the book. This excludes the section which was devoted to the name. That section I took photocopies of and the pages have been scanned and are available below. The file sizes are quite large but if you do have ancestors called Hoggarth around the Egton area you should find it worth while having a look.
