George Frank HOGGARTH

George was born on 10th January 1898 in Yougstown, NY State USA. Having "returned" to the UK he married Elizabeth Gertrude HOGGARTH on 5th June 1933 and died 29 December 1990.

Ivan thinks this picture was taken when George was about 17 which would make the date around 1915.
