From the North to Aspatria
From either Junction 43 or 44 on the M6 head in to Carlisle. Take the A595 to Thursby roundabout and then turn onto the A596 Workington Road to Aspatria.

From the South to Aspatria
Leave the M6 at Junction 41 and follow the B5305 to Wigton. Then take the A596 Workington Road to Aspatria.

Aspatria to Rugby Club
Travelling West through Aspatria, turn left after the Grapes Hotel (sign posted station). Turn left again into the rugby club car park.
