As a quality family butcher, we only sell the best prime beef. In our many years of experience, we have learned that there are two main breeds of beef cattle which meet the standards we require of our meat, one is The Lincoln Red and the other is The Aberdeen Angus. These two breeds of cattle are amongst the top when it comes to quality.

The Lincoln Red has origins dating back to the Viking invasion. It is one of the UK's largest beef breeds, and produces a marbelled, flavourful, succulent beef.

The Aberdeen Angus has long had an excellent reputation for quality. This breed produces very good meat and is a must for beef connoisseurs.
