Shoulder of Lamb (on the bone): Shoulder of lamb has been a popular cut for many years. It is either sold on the bone or boned and rolled, the latter being very convenient because it can just be cooked and sliced. Shoulder £3.19
Shoulder of Lamb (boneless): Boneless shoulder is an easy, tasty joint. The advantage with most bonless cuts of meat is that they are ready to just 'bung in the oven'. Shoulder £6.33
Leg of Lamb: The various cuts taken from the leg differ in their look & cook. The top end of the leg (near the rump) tend to be leaner but the taste is perfect in the whole leg. Leg £6.77
Neck of Lamb: The neck has many uses. It can be sold as chops or for stewing or braising. The best end of the neck can also be roasted as a joint. This is the cut which forms the 'crown roast', sometimes called the 'guard of honor'. Neck (each) £1.70
Breast of Lamb: These are long, thin cuts, streaked with fat and lean. When boned, rolled and stuffed, it is the most economical cut for roasting or braising. Breast (each) £1.20
Lamb Steaks: Pure lean meat taken from the prime parts of the lamb. Can be fried, grilled or marinade in a sauce. Steaks £13.37
Lamb Chops: Usually taken from the neck or loin, lamb chops vary in their appearance. As can be seen from the diagram below, the chump end of the leg will give more lean meat on a chop. Chops £8.97
Lamb Cubes: These are cubes of lean meat from various parts of the lamb. They can be used in a multitude of ways and in numerous recipe's. Cubes £8.53
Minced Lamb: Minced lamb is also vary versatile. The usual use for this meat is 'shepherds pie'. Mince £6.33
Lamb Burgers: A tasty change to the norm'. Lamb burgers are extremely succulent, if you haven't tried these yet, you don't know what you're missing! Burgers (each) £0.70

Lambs Kidney: Lambs kidneys are a delicacy and are not always available. Please check before ordering. Kidney £4.57
Loin of Lamb: Either roast as a piece, or boned, stuffed and rolled. Loin is usually divided into loin end and chump end, and cut into chops for grilling or frying. Chump chops are recognisable by the small round bone in the centre. Loin of lamb prices vary so frequently it would be impossible to give an up to date price here. Please contact us for details.
