We tend to be a little 'picky' when it comes to the standard of the meat we buy, which is why we pride ourselves on top quality products when we supply them to you.

Leg of Pork (boneless): Various joints can be cut from the leg. The fillet of the leg being the tenderest cut, lower down the leg (knuckle & shank end) are still very popular cuts and excellent value for money. Leg £5.94
Shoulder of Pork (boneless): Another good cut of pork. Sold boned and rolled for roasting. If you like crackling on your pork, don't forget to ask and the butcher will score the rind for you. Shoulder £3.71
Tenderloin: This is the pork equivalent of the beef fillet. It is also sometimes called the fillet, not to be confused with the fillet of leg. As the name implies, it is a very tender cut and extremely succulent. Tenderloin £9.21
Loin of Pork: Very popular cut, either on the bone or boned. Can be cut into chops (see below). The loin also produces very good crackling.

Belly Pork: This is a long, thin cut with streaks of lean and fat. The thick end of the belly makes an economical roast, whereas the thin end is usually sliced for frying or grilling. Belly £4.13
Pork Cubes: Lean cubes of pork taken from various parts of the pig. This is a good choice for pies and stews. It can also be cut into smaller pieces and put into a stir fry. Cubes £6.33
Minced Pork: Minced pork is ideal for many recipe's, including pies. Use it with your pork cubes for a richer stew or just as a pleasant change from minced beef. Mince £3.91
Pork Chops: Taken from the loin, these can either be with or without the kidney. Chops £4.79
Pork Steaks: Cut from the best parts of the leg, shoulder and loin. These make an excellent meal which is easy to cook and inexpensive.

Spare Rib: Most of us have seen these in the chinese restaurant. They are ribs which have had some of the meat cut off. Although quite messy to eat, they are delicious and cook well on a barbecue. Spare Rib £4.35
Hamburgers: Pork burgers, sometimes called Hamburgers, are extremely tasty as part of a meal of just in a burger bun with the filling of your choice.
