Orders are delivered on a rota basis, see the Delivery Areas section. If you have an important order for a special occasion that you simply Must Have on a particular day, telephone us and we are sure we can come to some arrangement. If you are just outside the border of the delivery area for a particular day but you want your delivery on an adjacent day, contact us and we will try to get your order to you on a different day. We try to be as flexible as possible, after all, you are the people we serve.

Payment can be made in the following ways:
Post your order with a cheque to cover the total amount. Please make sure your cheque guarantee card number & expiry date plus your address are written on the back of your cheque. Please make cheques payable to: R. Wisby Family Butcher.
C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) method can be used. Either phone, email or post your order to us and we will collect the full payment when we deliver your order. Please make sure you have the necessary payment ready when we arrive.

Click on the appropriate link for further details on Deliveries or Orders.

If your order total comes to less than £50, we reserve the right to charge a small fee for delivery. This small charge is calculated by adding 50p for every £1 you are under the £50 limit. So an order of £40 is £10 under the limit and the delivery charge would be 10 x 50p = £5.

Javascript can be likened to an extention to HTML (Hyper Text Markup Lanuage), which is what makes up the pages of a web site. Javascript can do so much more than normal HTML, it is virtually magical. The online ordering system we use requires that you have a web browser which is Javascript capable. If you are not sure, here is a quick guide:

Internet Explorer V3.xx onwards
Netscape Navigator V3.xx onwards

Some other web browsers may also support Javascript, check their documentation or help files for further details.

Cookies are a simple way of storing information on someone's computer. They are harmless, text files which contain relavent information about the user. We use Cookies because it is so much easier for everyone concerned. For example, if you use Internet explorer with Windows, the Cookies can be find in C:\Windows\Cookies. Consult your particular software for details on where to find the cookies on your system. Because they are only simple text files, you can view them with Notepad or a similar text editor. If you are not sure wether your web browser has cookies enabled, you should be able to find it either in the properties or settings menu or alternatively, consult the help file.
