Welcome to BUZZRAIL, the official website of the Leighton Buzzard Railway--one of Britain’s leading narrow-gauge heritage railways, currently celebrating its first 90 years of continuous operation.
Throughout July, we are operating on Wednesdays and Sundays, then it’s five days a week in August.
Departures on Sundays are at 10.40, 12.20, 14.00 and 15.40. On Wednesdays 8th & 15th July, to meet the needs of school parties, trains depart at 10.30, 12.00 and 13.30 only--note the early finish. This is also a good time for parents or grandparents to visit with pre-school children. From 22nd July onwards, we revert to the Sunday timetable

We are a non-profit organisation, run and managed by volunteers. We have many openings for anyone who wants to put a skill to good use, or maybe even learn some new ones. Come and talk to us!
