The headlamps on a standard fiesta are a bit on the dim side, so i descided to fit some spot lights to brighten the way. I considered buying some small spot lamps from halfords or a similar store, but after taking a look at the prices i descided against it. I then turned to my local scrap yard and purchased a lovely pair of xr2 spots and brackets for the nice sum of £10. The brackets were put in place in seconds and the lights fixed to them, the wiring was just as straight forward but took a little more time.

The Result? A damn fine pair of spot lights, as shown below.

The next step was to add another rear fog lamp, I know one is fine but i just think it look sbetter with two. This again was easy enough to do, £5 for the light from a scrappy and some minor wiring/drilling. The drilling was made easy by the fact that there were indentations in the body work to show where the second fog was to be fitted.

I assume from this that the ghia is exactly the same body shell as the XR2 ?
