The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) brings together the MOD and Coutts Consulting Group, providing resettlement support for Service leavers. Through ten Regional Resettlement Centres (RRCs) in the UK and Germany, a Resettlement Training Centre (RTC), and the offices of our Employment Consultants in the Officers’ Association (OA) and the Regular Forces Employment Association (RFEA), we provide an extensive network of resettlement and jobfinding support.
