  3.2 Describe data handling systems requires students to describe methods of processing, types of data handling systems, objectives, data sources and methods of data capture for a specified data handling system, and the processes applied to data in specified data handling systems.

  3.3 Use information technology for a data handling activity requires students to identify database components, data types and keys for data handling activity, to create a database, enter and edit data, and to use facilities to generate reports.

  3.4 Examine safety and security issues    requires students to put together a presentation covering health and safety issues for users and obligations of users of IT
