PC Repair

We at PC Works know all about PC Problems and we have yet to come across a PC that we haven't been able to fix. We will come to your home at a time that is convenient to you (Evenings and Weekends at no extra cost) and hopefully repair it there and then, if it is more serious we may have to take your PC away.

We will then assess your problems and provide a quotation for the works that will need to be done to get the system back in perfect working order. We charge a standard call out rate of £ 25.00 and this also includes for the assessment and quotation or if its a simple problem we will fix it all in the call out cost.(Maximum 1 hour)

One of the best ways to get your system back to tip top condition is to perform a clean installation of your operating system. This will remove all the old unused files that are clogging up your hard disk and slowing your PC to a snails pace.  This can be a major problem for most people due to the important documents and e-mails that you can't afford to lose by formatting your hard disk, we can back all these up, format your drive and re-install your operating system and software (as long as you have the disks) and restore all your important documents and e-mails leaving your PC much faster and more stable.

Another thing that is always overlooked is the cleanliness of your PC's internal components. As air is drawn through your PC's case to provide the cooling to the CPU and RAM dust and dirt particles are also introduced which can cause major problems to your components and fans causing system malfunction and of course noise. At PC Works we know how important this is and every PC that we look at is thoroughly cleaned inside and out before it is returned to you in pristine condition.
