We list below correspondence we have received from

people who have adopted dogs from us.

Shadow

I can't express enough how fortunate I am to have Shadow. I can't fault her and she is already 'top of the class' after three weeks of obedience training. She is absolutely super - I never thought I'd ever get another dog like my previous one, but thanks to you I have! Keep up the good work.

Ellie

Just a quick note to give you an update on 'Ellie'. Ellie settled in amazingly quickly, helped by the fact that she has fallen head over heels in love with Chunkie, our 6 year old Staffie. She likes to sleep with him in his bed, follows him everywhere and if he is on your lap, she wants to be. They go on four country walks a day and Ellie is the most obedient dog you could ever want. We let her off the lead and she never goes far, always comes on command and is fantastic with everyone we meet.
They both travel everywhere with me, only last week I took them both with me to Devon for the day. After much snoring on the back seat they had a great time playing on the beach (luckily it was quiet due to rain). Ellie loves to be cuddled and made a fuss of and has accepted that Chunky is the boss with no grumbles at all. I feel like we have had them forever. We truly are blessed. Thank you again for giving her to us.

Jess

You will remember me. I was with you until I was adopted recently. I am enjoying my new home very much, I've had lots of fuss made of me. Eric, the big Springer, who actually runs the place is my friend. He's been showing me the ropes and how to get the humans to behave properly. It didn't take me long to find out for myself the things I needed to know that Eric forgot to show me - Bonios, Markies and stuff. I like the food that Eric has so I think I'll change over to that. I've got used to the new smells and sounds, especially the fridge door and the can opener. We walk in the country twice a day and I go off my lead and come back with no problem at all. I also take my ball back to my dad so that he can throw it for me again. The humans are delighted with me and we are all extremely happy together. Must go now, got to see if any unauthorised creatures have been in my garden since I checked it 10 minutes ago and then I'll help mum with her gardening.

Thank you very much for looking after me and finding me my new home.
