This site is dedicated to those actors and actresses that look different on screen than when not filming.
The criteria: They could wear a mask, or a wig, or stage make-up, or in most cases, encased in rubber prosthetic makeup.
Whether it be television (Star Trek, Andromeda, Lexx, Buffy) or the movies (Star Wars, Batman) when "in character,
not even their own mother would recognise them.
So this site gives you an inside into the real person – the actor behind the mask.
