It's some kind of insecty/spidery combo with a great big carapace. It should be in the next version of Prydon Gate once Frik releases it, and both the animations and the model were intended to look best viewed from above (Prydon Gate, for those who've not played it yet, is a 3rd person hack and slash RPG). However, I'm sure it's also suitable for use as a regular monster in a FPS.

The zip contains an animated monster, with two varient skins. Both skins also come in full colour versions.
