There are alternative routes to the Church from the boundary roads.

The Church grounds abut Holly Road (from Little Dawley) to the South and Old Vicarage Road to the East.

The Church was built circa 1845 of sandstone and in perpendicular style with a West facing Bell Tower.

Stand with your back to the Bell Tower door and look to your left then the elevated position of the Church affords an excellent view of the surrounding countryside while the smoke emitting chimney stack of the Ironbridge Power Station at Buildwas should be visible.

There are six bells in the Tower and they are rung most Sunday mornings.
