TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PAYMENT Payment must accompany all orders. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to "Virginia Brook". We also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Switch.

2. PRICES This catalogue supersedes all previous catalogues, and prices stated herein will be held as long as possible. We reserve the right, however, to revise prices in this catalogue without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. MINIMUM ORDER £5.00 Orders below this value will be charged an administration fee being the appropriate difference to bring the sum to £5.00 in value.

4. DELIVERY Delivery within the UK and to BFPO numbers is normally by Royal Mail Standard or Parcelforce Standard services, and is included in our prices. Elsewhere it is charged extra at cost. Recorded and Guaranteed services are charged extra accordingly.

5. ORDERS Please use our order forms wherever feasible. All orders are carried out in strict rotation and will be despatched as quickly as possible. A partial supply is possible if not all articles are in stock. We must be notified of any orders received damaged or incorrect within three days of receipt.

6. LIABILITY Delivery is made at the customer's own risk. Complaints concerning the quantity and quality of the goods can only be acknowledged if they are effected within three days after receipt of goods. Further claims to liability cannot be undertaken (e.g. subsequent breaking of eyes).

7. INSURANCE Insurance against non-delivery is recommended on all orders, especially those over the value of £15.00. Please add £1.00 to your order should you require this service.

8. DISCLAIMER Although great care has been taken in compiling and checking the information in this website, Lorne Supplies disclaims any and all liability from error, omissions or inaccuracies whether attributable to inadvertence or otherwise, and from any consequence arising therefrom.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS The placing of an order with us constitutes an offer to purchase on these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The contract between the customer and ourselves shall be deemed to be made on the date recorded by us of the customer's order.
