The DeHavilland 60G Gipsy Moth. One of the many variants of the popular Moth light aeroplanes of the 30s. This model was fitted with the 100hp deHavilland Gipsy I. It is of interest to note the red scarf hanging out of the front cockpit and the goggles from the rear one. On the lower wing root are two glasses of partly drunk champagne and on the grass under the tail lies a 'popped' champagne cork. The rest is left to the viewer's imagination. |
