One of my leisure activities is keeping bees. I had been introduced to beekeeping by a childhood friend, and after helping someone for a season with his bees, I took up the hobby myself about 1975. Over the years I have participated fully in the local Beekeeping Association, as well as the County and British Beekeepers Association.
