asked to fill in a satisfaction questionnaire on their return flight. All questionnaires
are analysed by an independent market research company to give an honest picture of
exactly what you think - good or bad. So help us keep our brochures accurate by completing
one at the end of your holiday.

awarded by you through our satisfaction questionnaire. Gold Medals are awarded annually so
the winners, judged by you, are well worth considering.
