have 12 teams in the West this season, and I have reduced to 2 divisions to
cope with this. Details of how the divisions were drawn up based on last year's
results can be found on the SCBA Web Site.

SECOND numbered team is the Home team for the match, and should contact the
opponents to offer dates. We are amending the rules slightly this year, to say
that matches MUST be played within the
time bands stated. To give Captains as much opportunity as possible to
accommodate this, the bands have been made 3 months wide. Please make every effort
to fit matches within the window specified.

The
Inter-Divisional Final will be at Oxshott on Friday the 7th of May 2010.
Results
will be accepted through the form on the Surrey Web Site, by E-Mail, or by
post. Please do not telephone them through. Where posting, please use the
enclosed results sheet. Please remember to record ALL players’ EBU numbers if
you know them for BOTH teams when submitting a result.
All
results and standings will be posted on the Surrey Web Site throughout the
season. I will also send out mid-season results (about February) by E-Mail.
