Nanny Pat, Richard's (and Steve's) mother and Alison's mother in
law, lives at Manymead with the troops. An occasional resident and "jolly
good chap" is Richard's brother Steve, who's talents around the house and

| During all the alterations at Manymead Steve took charge of wallpaper and painting. Steve found a bed wherever he could. On the "sofa" this visit, he was joined by "Dot" who, no doubt was equally please at the extra warmth generated by sleeping with someone. (September 07) |
