This site is a collection of photos from the SUDO Dance Competition held March 1st in Bournemouth.
The purpose of this site is to provide a catalogue of images which are available for purchase as prints form the photographer (see the order form for details). However, the various societies attending the event should feel free to download and use the large version of the images on their own websites if desired - if you do use the images in this way, a credit to the photographer "Colin K. Work" would be appreciated.

On a personal note, this was my first time at such an event, and I was certainly impressed - I have done my best to capture the spirit of the day. My main concern was to try and avoid the static "startled rabbit" look usually associated with flash photography, so in many pictures I have combined flash with natural light and slow shutter speeds to try and provide a sense of the movement and vibrant colours of the dancers. I have tried to capture as much of the event and as many participants as possible - sorry if I missed something.
