How does coaching work?

Generally, you set three goals that you work towards over three months. Using proven coaching models and techniques the goals are broken down into 12 one hour sessions that usually take place over the phone. Shorter, tailored coaching series are also available, as are face to face sessions.
Coaching is self directed learning. A coach stretches you more than usual, but they provide you with positive feedback and a supportive framework within which to reach for your goals.
The best way to understand coaching is to have a coaching session. The first of the 12-session programme is without obligation. If you decide not to proceed with the full programme, you pay nothing for this session.
