Introducing your coach

Claire is a professional Personal & Business Coach and director of Rocket Coaching. She combines her business acumen with coaching and ICF (International Coach Federation) recognised training. In addition Claire is an active member of the Association of Coaching, working on a voluntary basis to promote coaching ethics, standards and professionalism within organisations, associations and the industry itself.

She has 10+ years commercial experience directing and strategically planning award winning brand campaigns, for some of the world's largest brands. Business, brand and agency experience she continues to strengthen today.

From Group Account Director in an international brand consultancy, Claire moved into a senior planning role. Driven by what motivates people, whether employers, employees, clients or consumers, she integrates coaching with a dynamic brand planning business.

Her coaching draws upon a range of skills and experience, namely:

	Directing behavioural change programmes within organisations
	Strategic brand consultancy
	10+ years experience of directing and managing clients, agencies and teams
	Company and team responsibilities for mentoring, coaching and developing personnel
	Initiating and managing training, appraisal and recruitment schemes
	BA (Hons) degree in Communication (specialising in management communication, leadership, training and advertising)

In addition Claire designs and leads a variety of personal development workshops and is an experienced facilitator.
