Bedroom One

The main bedroom at the front of the property has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with two bedside tables and lamps, there is a patio door leading out to balcony/veranda with lovely views. A safety deposit box has been provided in this room.

Bedroom Two

The seconds bedroom at the rear of the property has twin beds, bedside table and lamp with fitted wardrobes and mountain views.
All bedroom furniture is made from solid oak with orthopaedic mattresses on beds.
A hairdryer will be provided for occupants use.

Lounge

Open plan kitchen/lounge area with a dining room table and chairs to seat 6 people. Double patio doors leading out from the lounge onto large balcony with mountain views. There is solid Oak furniture throughout. There is a television and DVD player in the lounge with a selection of music and films for your use and a Satellite television receiver is provided. There are two large leather sofas, one of which converts into double bed.

Bathroom

The bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower, WC, sink and mirror.

Kitchen

Consisting of oven, halogen hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There will be an Iron and iron board provided, and all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and everything you would expect to find in this well equipped kitchen.

A cool box will also be provided to enable you to take a packed lunch/cold drinks with you on your days out or visits to the beach.

The apartment has air condition units throughout which can be used as heaters in the Cyprus winter months when it gets a bit cooler in the evenings

Parking

There is a parking space allocated at front of the building

Welcome Packs

We can arrange welcome packs to be in the apartment for guest arriving consisting of fresh milk, fresh bread, butter, jam, orange juice, tea bags and 6 eggs - items can be added (price will vary)

Transfers

Airport transfers can be arranged approximately 20 Euros each way for up to 4 persons

A deposit of £100.00 on acceptance of booking is requested and is non refundable if cancelled. The balance should be paid twelve weeks before your holiday. If you're booking a trip which is less than 12 weeks away then the full amount is due on booking. We also ask for a £100 returnable deposit, subject to no damage.
