state what personal details you want including with your wants list - i.e. do you want your phone
number listing for instance? Any reference numbers quoted still apply to the old 2000 AFBC
directory unless stated. Members with adverts should contact me to get their adverts updated
to reference the new 2009 version of the directory.

Dave Jones
Collects Official and Unofficial Aston Villa Badges. He needs AV1, 2, 34, 35, 37, 39, 79, 84
(London Lions SC white & sky blue version and the black lion version) & 115.
Also wanted an Aston Villa badge designed like a wheel with spokes radiating out from the middle. About 30-35mm diameter.
It has a brooch fitting. There is a lion in the centre, and a scroll across the middle with Aston Villa C.C. on it, Aston
Villa Cycling Club. There was a cycling club of this name at Villa Park around 1895 and there was a cycle track round the
football pitch. It is spoken about in the book "The First Hundred Years of Aston Villa" sold at Villla Park in 1975. They
used to hold international cycling events regularly. Dave already has a solid silver attendance medal in the same design as
the badge described. The scroll and lion are enamel with the same wording. He will will pay top dollar for this item.
He also collects all older club and SC badges from the English & Scottish leagues.
