Anna and Peter from Halford visited Hickling on the Norfolk Broads and spotted this beautifully made model bell in the church.

This model was built by Thomas William de-Ville (1916-1985) at his home in Halvergate, Norfolk and completed in June 1974. He was a member of the Norwich Diocesan Association of Ringers for 50 years. The bell was entrusted to L.E.Hassall and will continue to educate in the art of bellringing to which "Billy" was so devoted.
