25/03/2012 - United 1 Atherstone Aces 7. As on many occasions this season, the United team we're unable to display their best football for the full 40 minutes of their home game against Atherstone. A good contest was to be witnessed in the first half, with the United taking the lead through a free kick from Mann. Dispite defending well for long periods, the United let their opposition back into the game, conceding twice before the break. The United got stuck into their opponents again at the start of the first half until Atherstone were able to find a third. Several fine saves from Smart wasn't enough to keep the ball out of the back of the net. From this point, the defensive qualities of the United faded in the last ten minutes, with the scoreline proving harsh, yet reflecting this.

28/01/2012 -  United 0 - Birth Coppice Tigers 3)  After gaining a 2-2 draw against the same opposition, the United were in a position to have a run at a team just above them in the east division league in search of points. After a positive start, the United weakened as the half went on, man of the match Smart denying the Tigers from near impossible situations on several occasions. The deadlock was broken just a couple of minutes before half time, a Tigers player catching a shot sweet from the corner of the box. For the first 10 minutes of the second half the United continued to give themselves a chance, but at the cost of forcing Smart into further spectacular saves. After pushing a hard driven, low ball around the right post, the United condescended a second, which became 3 a few minutes after. The United always looked doubtful of scoring more than one , even with the hard work of Mann playing up front. More top saves from Smart lead to the scoring rate fall.

26/11/2011 -United v Heather Eagles 1-11. The United were met with one of their strongest sides in their division in Heather Eagles. The United did well in the first 5 minutes before the floodgates opened. A lot of ball chasing a non-existent marking led to massive holes in the United defence, and 2 outstanding saves from Smart still led to goals. They were unfortunate just before half time, with the ball appearing to go out of play for a goal kick before the goal was scored. 9-1 at half time flattered the opposition greatly. The second half was a totally difference performance. The United got in behind the ball, clearing their lines well thanks to some good work from Perry and Mann. Better organisation at the back led to just 2 goals being conceded in the second half.

05/11/2011 - v Sportsco 0-7. The United couldn't repeat their victory of the previous week with defeat at home to league new boys Sportsco. The scoreline was harsh on a United side that matched their opposition for periods of the game, and could have pinched the odd goal themselves. 0-3 at half time, the United started the 2nd half very well, and were only deflated again when outdone by a freak goal from a corner, which was deflected before hitting an unaware Sportco player in the stomach. A bit more fighting spirit from the United could have made this game a good contest.
