In the days prior to the establishment of the North Warwickshire Hunt, John Burman kept a pack of hounds at Light Hall, his kennels being situated in the lane running from the Hall to the Stratford Road at Monkspath. The lane being now known as Dog Kennel Lane in consequence thereof.
