Rosalind and Bob invite you to stay in their lovely, spacious Devon farmhouse. All rooms are light and airy, centrally heated with en-suite facilities and have glorious views of the Otter Valley.

The family room, with double bed and two single beds, has plenty of space for a family of four and a large en suite shower room. There are two further rooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. These rooms also have en suite shower facilities. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Guests can sit and relax in the conservatory which has stunning views. Amenities include a colour television with Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities in each room. Each room has central heating, electric blankets, hairdryer and clock/radio.

A hearty, full English breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.00am. An earlier breakfast or special dietary requirements can be catered for as long as prior notification is given.

There is a No Smoking policy throughout the farmhouse and pets are not accepted.
