From London and the East (approximately 140 miles)

Approximately 400 metres west of the A30/A303 merge there is a staggered crossroads showing right to Upottery and left to Stockland and Axminster.  DO NOT TURN RIGHT but continue on the A30 towards Honiton for a further 400 metres and the entrance to Courtmoor Farm driveway is on the right-hand side, clearly marked by a large brown sign.

Exeter and the West (approximately 18 miles)

After by-passing Honiton on the A30, pass through the village of Monkton.  Continue on the A30 for approximately 2.5 miles up a long, tree-lined hill (IGNORING a left turn marked Upottery). The entrance to Courtmoor Farm driveway is at the top of the hill on the left-hand side where the road levels, clearly marked by a large brown sign.
