Exhibition Package 1
 
Create a three minute (approx.) video for presentation on a suitable screen at an exhibition, trade show or similar event.  The video will depict the key objectives of the company utilising a variety of specifically shot video, still images and captions.  The resulting DVD will be created to continuously loop without user intervention.
 
Included in the fixed price will be:
 
  1. •One day filming at customers site
  2. •Video, lighting and sound and equipment as required
  3. •Editing and post-production, including the inclusion of suitable still images and graphics supplied by the client
  4. •Creation of first-cut for client evaluation and modification
  5. •Creation of final video
  6. •Authoring and supply of the completed DVD plus a backup copy
  7. •Consumables
  8. •Post-production and studio time
 
Items specifically excluded from our quotation (and part of a separate quotation if deemed necessary by joint agreement between the client and Cut Above Productions) are:
 
  1. •Production, music licensing and dubbing fees
  2. •Special camera mounts, booms and cranes required for customer specified shots
  3. •Any incidental costs incurred by staff or customers involved in the production, including travel and subsistence
  4. •Any specialised equipment such as scan converters for capturing the output from computer screens etc.
  5. •Any “on camera” or voiceover talent
  6. •Equipment such as DVD players and screens for presentation at the event
