Review

Another cool figure from Dragon. I like the head sculpt on this one, the picture does not do it justice as it has nicely detailed eyes that have 'depth'. This is important in order to take away the 'Doll' look.

All the items supplied with the figure, with one exception, are to the usual high Dragon standard and are well made and finished.

The tunic has the subdued green buttons but is , I think, maybe a tad short in the arms, although the French cuffs are nicely represented.

The camo trousers and smock are well made and finished off.

The boots, MP44, map case, binoculars and magazine pouch have had a weathering effect applied. This attempts to give them a 'used' appearance and, in my view, succeeds as it is not too prominent or overdone. Also top marks for the leather strap on the MP44, a very welcome change, now to get rid of the other elastic as well (binoculars).

The ankle boots come without gaiters and, maybe, would look really cool with the new cloth ones from Dragon!

As usual only one real irritation - THAT DAMNED BELT - not only is it difficult to keep done up but it is too short! It is extremely difficult to keep it on properly over a smock or jacket!

Overall: A nice figure that is worth adding to your collection
