Review

I was undecided as to whether or not to get this figure, but in the end I did and I am glad I did!

The head sculpt is good, if a little bland, and all the items are of excellent quality. The greatcoat is a new item for this figure series and is made of a fine material which is entirely appropriate for the scale. The 'brass' buttons are really nice. Also new are the woollen pullover, really nicely made for the scale, and the wool cap. The wool cap makes it a little difficult to fit the helmet which tends to sit a bit uneasily on the cap. However I don't think it detracts from the figure in any way.

Hank is supplied with brown trousers that represent very well the woollen issue trousers as worn in the European theatre of operations

There are no Division markings for this figure so he could be made to represent quite a few Infantry, or other, units I guess. The boots supplied with the figure set it firmly in the winter period.

I like this figure, dressed up it really gives the impression of a soldier exposed to the freezing conditions of a European winter.

Overall: A terrific addition to your collection.
