Review

Another new addition to the German WWII range, the head sculpt has a young looking face (possibly a new recruit), with a slightly worried expression and has blond hair.

He is loaded with 'new' gear - mostly reworked existing items - that includes an 'A' frame with rolled zeltban.

Most of the equipment items have been given the well used or weathered treatment.

The uniform is well made and finished with nice GD shoulder boards.

The new pattern K98 has been given a new leather sling and the helmet a leather band. The bayonet will actually attach to the rifle. The bread bag now has buttons on the attachment loops as per the real item.

Also included are four ammo clips that will fit into the new pattern ammo pouches that actually open.

One minor gripe, I can't work out how to attach the gas sheet pouch without some needlework skills. Also it would have been nice to see the tunic have the 'bellows' pockets as in reality they were invariably stuffed full of essential items making them bulge out.

Overall: Another good addition to the range featuring some nicely reworked equipment items. Get one or more for your collection.
