Review

This figure represents a Panzer-Lehr officers at the time of the invasion of Europe in 1944. The panzer wrap tunic is a new item and comes with rank and national insignia and medal ribbon.

The MP40 machine pistol is a reworked item and features a working bolt action together with a very realistic paint finish. To go with it are new MP40 magazine pouches in black to represent leather. A helmet with netting is supplied although I think it could probably do with toning down a bit.

The head sculpt is rather bland but not too bad and is fitted to a neo body. The uniform is well made and finished as we have come to expect from Dragon. Many of the equipment items now have a 'weathered or well used look which is, in my opinion, much better than the parade ground look for action figures of fighting men.

The downside of the figure is only minor and centres around the use  adhesive insignia on the tunic and cap, and the awful plastic officer belt - still as I said they are only minor criticisms.

Overall: A reasonable figure that introduces some new items that will be well received. A good addition to your collection.
