Review

The latest WWII German offering from Dragon depicts a NCO from the 19th SS 'Hohenstaufen' Regiment as at Arnhem in 1944. The 'Hakon' head sculpt has a steely, concerned expression.

There is one new items with this figure, the boots which have moulded gaiters and look, in retrospect, heaps better than the cloth ones! The helmet now has a leather strap with scale buckle - nice one Dragon, about time - and the MP40 has a leather strap with scale slider, as per original, in place of the huge silver non-authentic one, again good job Dragon.

The Helmet camo cover seems to be too large for the helmet but is not too bad.

As usual all the items, old or new, and there are no too many of them, are up to the usual high standard of finish we have come to expect.

Overall: A good addition to your WWII collection.
