I am a rural Councillor with a keen interest in preserving village life, post offices, shops and churches. Maintenance of green spaces around villages is vital in preventing urban sprawl. I would like measures put in place by the Government to control growth in vehicle density and speed. I also think rural buses should be encouraged and subsidised if necessary.
